More today on the Karen Dale Churton front - she's the New Zealand thieving librarian. The librarian at Massey University
told Radio New Zealand that just two of the six books Churton stole have been recovered. The
Massey News has some more
background on the case, and reports that the library is missing
more books "of a similar theme to those Mrs Churton had removed from the catalogue." In total, 24 books "appear to have been removed from the library’s closed access collections, which would have a likely market value of about $40,000 [NZ]."
