Back in February I posted about the settlement of a lengthy legal battle over a collection of Margaret Mitchell papers. I noted then that the court documents did not reveal the ultimate disposition of the documents, adding "Presumably we'll find out sooner or later where they've ended up, but it is strange (and not particularly helpful for research purposes) that the sides are being so secretive about it."
The AP ran a followup piece yesterday, reporting only that the cat is not yet out of the bag.
