Teaching Forgery

Research Penn State has a press release/article on what must be a truly fascinating class being offered at the university by professor of ancient history, classics and religious studies Baruch Halpern: "The Art and Science of Forgery." While I'm not sure I agree with Halpern's apparently lax attitude toward art forgers, I do think it's a really rich field of study (and one that's certainly filled with its share of interesting characters).
