I've just posted over at LT about a contest to design a logo for the brand-new Libraries of Early America project. This is a joint effort between LT and a whole bunch of great institutional partners to use the power of LibraryThing in order to make all known pre-1825 American libraries accessible, searchable and useable. To start, we'll be focusing on individual and family libraries, but that may expand as time and resources permit.
We're looking for a simple but elegant project logo, so if you are a designer, or know any, and want to win some LT stuff (plus the glory of having your design used for this project), check out the details here and submit away.
